Our Pembrooke project is a remodel for a returning client from Laguna Niguel. The second-story remodel included the stairway, as well as all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Our team selected new wood flooring, the stair runner and carpet, plumbing fixtures, bathroom materials, lighting, wallpaper, furniture, and accessories. The client wanted a timeless, calm, and relaxing color palette with exciting and eye-catching touches. We added special touches such as a unique crosshatch pattern in a white subway tile for the Jack and Jill shower. The countertop in the Master Bathroom gives the bathroom an elegant, upscale feel. The grid shower enclosure draws your eye in and gives the bathroom a wow factor! For the bedrooms, we kept the designs simple but added character to each room with eclectic table lamps and furniture pieces like the nightstands and beds. We decided to go with minimal accessories to let the lighting and furniture pieces speak for themselves.
