Bree Anderson grew up watching her mother work on her interior design projects, and quickly found she too loved every part of the design process – from selecting fabrics to creating mood boards – it was a natural progression that she’d follow in her footsteps and become an interior designer herself.
Bree received her Bachelor’s Degree from the Interior Design Institute in Newport Beach in 2018. During her time there, she interned at a boutique design firm where she was able to gather real, first-hand design experience that was essential to her growth as a designer. Prior to graduating, she was hired on at Design Works where she has started out as an assistant and has since grown into a full-time design associate – where she works on her own projects, assists the lead designers, and billing.
Her designs can best be described as eclectic with natural, organic elements woven in – and always includes pieces that add a fun, unexpected twist. Meeting her client’s needs and expectations is one of the best parts of being a designer – selecting the materials, furniture and accessories – and having it all come together, there’s nothing better.
When she is not pulling fabrics, meeting with vendors, and designing – she can be found spending time outdoors and traveling with her fiancé, visiting with friends and family and always making time for their Beagle/Bulldog, Chloe.
